💡 Pack a lunch or snacks! We’ll have a fridge and microwave available at the studio. While there are several takeout spots nearby, we recommend bringing your own since lunch breaks will only be 30 minutes and time may be tight.
Our comprehensive curriculum covers anatomy, body mechanics, pranayama, meditation, injury prevention, chakras, the history and philosophy of yoga, the use of props—including an introduction to the yoga wall—and so much more. It’s thoughtfully designed to fully prepare you to teach and inspire others with confidence and clarity.
Each student will also receive a 500+ page Student Manual, included in tuition, to support your learning during training and beyond.
Yes, our 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training is accredited by Yoga Alliance, which is recognized globally. Completing the course will qualify you to register as a certified yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance.
You’re not alone—and that’s totally okay. Many students join this training simply to deepen their personal practice and reconnect with themselves on a deeper level. Whether you go on to teach or not, the self-awareness, confidence, and understanding you’ll gain will stay with you for life. This journey is for you first.
1) You can apply by completing this registration with your deposit. Future payments schedule will be set up after registration, you will NOT be auto billed for future payments by making your deposit, all deposits are non refundable.
